# Chief

**Chief** is the leader of a Company, a business unit outside of the Government, but one that can collaborate with the Government.

The Chief's position is temporary (not permanent) and is based on rankings in the ANT Hunt event.\
By controlling a Company, the Chief can earn commission through taxes from the income of Company members, whether they are Residents from the Agency or non-Agency members.
