# Region

One **Region** has 32 **Districts** and can accommodate a maximum of 5,120 total players.\
The ruler of the Region is the **Governor**.<br>

Players can extend their staking period, which will also extend their rental rights to the Region.\
Players can sell their Region through in-game bidding, provided they convert their rental rights to ownership rights (by paying RAWS tokens equivalent to the rental price).
